If you look up the name Tellini on Wikipedia, you'll find an Italian general or an Italian screenwriter. If it were up to us, the name Tellini van 't Ruytershof would soon be added to that list. This promising grey stallion was licensed by the SBS with flying colors in early 2022. At the licensing, he impressed with his power, reflexes, and jumping ability. He demonstrated the same qualities in his appearances at the Lannoo stallion licensing and in the STX cycle. In early 2025, he already made his debut in international young horse classes under Koen Vereecke. These qualities are no surprise when you take a closer look at his pedigree. His still-young sire, Pegase van 't Ruytershof, was the champion of the BWP stallion licensing as a three-year-old and already impressed as a young horse at the Belgian stallion licensing. Tellini's dam line is at least as impressive. The dam, Berlini From Second Life Z (by Berlin), competed at the 1.45m level with Belgian junior rider Aurelia Guisson and also produced No Limit vh Legita Hof Z (by Nabab de Rêve), with whom Aurelia Guisson became Belgian Junior Champion in 2021. The dam line can be traced further back to the mare Cette Mona Z (by Carthago Z). This Cette Mona is the full sister of the well-known mare Carte Blanche Z. Among others, the Grand Prix horses Hardrock Z and Charlemagne JT Z come from this line. Tellini comes from a good family and has already impressed us with his jumping abilities. We are sure that he will also delight breeders. His first crop of foals was born in 2023.
