1. Cancellation policy for stallion semen orders

Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which the customer or a third party named by him has taken possession of the goods.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).

You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

Consequences of the revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply insofar as

this concerns the delivery of stallion semen, which can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would be quickly exceeded (§ 312g para. 2 no. 2 BGB);

The seeds were individually prepared or processed according to your order after extraction (e.g. special portioning, labeling, shipping).

In these cases, the right of withdrawal is excluded.

2. Cancellation policy for horse purchases

Right of withdrawal

If the buyer is a consumer within the meaning of § 13 BGB and the contract was concluded exclusively via distance selling (e.g. by email, telephone, online), a 14-day right of withdrawal also applies.

The period begins on the day on which the buyer or a third party designated by him has taken possession of the horse.

The same address and procedure apply for exercising the right of withdrawal as described above.

Consequences of the revocation

In the event of a valid cancellation, the services received must be returned. This means that the horse must be returned to the seller at the buyer's expense as soon as the refund has been processed.

Any loss in value (e.g. due to use, training or health changes during the cancellation period) may be charged to the buyer.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

There is no right of withdrawal if

the contract was concluded on site (e.g. in the yard),

the horse was selected, prepared or trained according to the individual wishes or requirements of the buyer,

the buyer acquires the horse for commercial purposes (e.g. breeding, sport).
